The paragraph that matters most
Twenty-one of this label's twenty-two ingredients share one undivided 15.47 mg proprietary blend, with no split disclosed. Even on the most generous reading of the label, most of them fall well short of the doses used in their own research. Read the label section on this site before deciding what to expect.
See a doctor rather than relying on a supplement if you are experiencing memory changes that concern you, or if you take regular prescription medication and want to check for interactions before starting anything new.
What Cognizil is
A liquid dietary supplement for adults in a 1 fl oz (30 mL) dropper bottle, sold as "Advanced Memory Support." Per the printed Supplement Facts panel, it contains Chromium (as Chromium Picolinate) 7 mcg plus a 15.47 mg proprietary blend of 21 further ingredients, including two natural caffeine sources (guarana and green tea extract) and grapefruit seed. Not a medicine, and not a treatment for memory loss or any diagnosed cognitive condition.
For adults over 18. Not for use during pregnancy or nursing without medical advice. Speak to your doctor or pharmacist first if you take regular prescription medication — this formula includes grapefruit seed, a category well known for drug interactions. Note also that guarana and green tea extract are natural caffeine sources if you are sensitive to caffeine. Never stop or reduce prescribed medication because you have started a supplement.
On the ingredient list
All twenty-two label ingredients are named on this site, transcribed from the printed Supplement Facts panel. Only chromium is individually dosed; the other twenty-one share one undivided 15.47 mg proprietary blend with no individual amounts disclosed.
Read the panel on the bottle you actually receive. Where it and this website disagree, the label on the bottle governs.
Ingredient interactions worth naming
Grapefruit seed. Grapefruit-family compounds are well documented to interact with a range of prescription medications by affecting how the body processes them.
Natural caffeine. Guarana and green tea extract are both caffeine sources, though neither is quantified by amount on the label. Factor this in if you are caffeine-sensitive.
On the serving size
One millilitre (one dropperful) daily, per the printed label. Follow the serving printed on the label you actually receive if it differs from what is described here.
On timing and results
Nothing on this site predicts an outcome for you. Memory, focus and energy vary for many reasons — sleep, stress, age, medication and normal day-to-day variation — most of which have nothing to do with a supplement. No controlled comparison of Cognizil against a placebo is cited here, because none was made available to us.
On ratings, testimonials and photographs
No star average or customer count is published on this site. Some marketing for this product includes customer review figures; we could not independently verify those figures, so none are reproduced here.
On pricing
Prices shown here were accurate when written. No single-bottle price or shipping figure was published in the materials supplied for this build; the two, three and six bottle prices shown are the ones printed. The total, shipping and any live promotion at checkout are the binding figures.
